Is anyone else setting a new years resolution to get back into the gym?
That’s a silly question. I think thats 90% of everyone’s resolution, myself included.
In 2019, I had a lot of health issues come up. Pregnancy losses, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune issues, and an unhealthy diet left me feeling dull and just overall unwell.
I knew that I needed to change my diet and incorporate healthy exercise for any chance of getting healthier and feeling better.
Starting this month, I’ve begun to go to the gym around 3 times a week and even though it’s only been a few weeks, I’ve already started to feel better!
I realized that I did not have enough work out outfits to make it 3 times a week, so I started doing some online shopping to find some affordable, high quality pieces I could wear over and over again. I’ve included some of my favorites in this post if you’re looking for some workout outfit ideas!
(Definitely need to use a lint roller on these yoga pants next time before I take photos in them!)
I love this top and am thinking about getting it in a few other colors! I have 2 pairs of these yoga pants and think they are honestly better quality (and less expensive) than any Lululemon pairs. I got them last year during the Nordstrom sale, so if you want to wait six months to get them at a discounted rate, I’m sure they’ll be on sale again. If you can’t wait, they’re worth the price!
